ACT Set for Sept. 22 for all seniors; Pre-ACT to be given to juniors
Posted July 23, 2020
In September, all WHS seniors will have the opportunity to take the ACT at Westside High School. This administration will take the place of the testing date that would have occurred last March but was canceled.
The test will occur on Tuesday, Sept. 22, and registration will happen on-site at WHS and testing will be available to all WHS seniors at that time. Students and parents should know that this test date is part of the Nebraska Department of Education state testing and will be free of charge. WHS will be working with 3MT (three moms and a test) on a virtual review session option for those students who took the February or March preparation sessions so that they feel as prepared in September as they did last March. Details are being worked out at this time.
Also on Tuesday, Sept. 22, the PreACT will be available to all juniors, again at no charge.
Freshmen and sophomore students will not come to school on testing day.
