VIDEO: Westside High Modular Scheduling

Posted October 16, 2019 Since 1967, Westside High School has used modular scheduling, which incorporates large group, small group, laboratory, and independent study mods of instruction. Westside High School is one of approximately 10 schools in the country that utilize this system of scheduling. Warrior Theatre to Present ‘9 to 5: the Musical’

High School Parent-Teacher Conferences Take Place Oct. 14 and 15

Posted Oct. 3, 2019 WHS Parent-Teacher conferences for the fall semester will take place Monday and Tuesday, Oct. 14 and 15.  On both days, conferences run from 4 to 8 p.m. Teachers will be at tables either near the entrance of the high school or in the main gym.  Information on teacher locations will be available.


Westside Set To Unveil Welding, Fabrication & Manufacturing Lab

Homecoming tickets now on sale

Posted Sept. 23, 2019 Homecoming ticket sales will start on Monday, Sept. 23,  in the main office. 9 Westside Students Earn National Merit Honors

Posted September 20, 2019 Westside High School is proud to share that nine exceptional students have been honored with National Merit Awards. Over 1.5 million high school juniors entered the 2020 National Merit Scholarship Program by taking the 2018 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test. The 2019-20 Shield Yearbook Now On Sale

Posted Sept. 5, 2019 The 2019-20 edition of the Shield, Westside High School’s yearbook, is now being sold.  The book will be delivered in May.  Go to https://westsidehighschool.store.creatorstudiopro.com/ to buy the book. Book costs this year will be cheaper earlier in the year with early pricing and will go up to regular and late pricing as the year progresses.
