Senior Information

Commencement is Sunday, May 16, 2027. It begins at 2:00 PM. It's held at Baxter Arena (2425 S 67th St, Omaha, NE 68182) in Omaha, Nebraska. 

No. You do not need tickets to attend Commencement. Each student is allowed to have as many guests as they would like. All guests will need to follow Baxter Arena's guest policies, including a clear bag policy. Guests will walk through metal detectors, and are not allowed to bring in prohibited items for graduation ceremonies. Baxter staff will be checking bags and confiscating them. 

Yes. Commencement will be live-streamed by Warrior Television on their YouTube channel. Streaming will begin at 1:30 PM. You can find their channel by clicking here. 

All seniors should arrive at Baxter Arena by 12:45 PM. Graduates will meet in the Holland Ice Rink to prepare for the ceremony. Photographers will be there to capture a photo of the graduates if they would like. 

No. Seniors are not allowed to decorate, alter, or have any additions to their caps in any form. If you have any questions, please talk to your counselor or administrator.

Graduates will receive their diplomas at their counselor's table in the practice arena (Holland Ice Rink) at the end of the Commencement Ceremony. They will not be handed their official diploma on stage. 

Parking is free for all graduates and guests at Baxter Arena. Graduates should park in Lots 24, 25, 26, or 27. 

All Graduates will practice the ceremony on the Wednesday prior to Commencement. Any senior who does not attend practice will not be able to attend the official ceremony on Sunday. 

Yes. Baxter Arena enforces a Clear Bag Policy at its events. You can read more about it here. 

Yes. Baxter Areana has a list of prohibited items that are not allowed at events. You can see the full list here. Also, please know Baxter Arena enforces a Clear Bag policy and has metal detectors for all guests.
